  ICM- Fully Automatic Self Cleaning Filtration System
  ICM Working principle
 

Construction and working principle:Scraper-cleaning filters consisted of the motor reducer, cylinder, strainer, scraper system, differential pressure controller, PLC controller, electric control boxes, and the sewage valve. Raw materials media pass through the filter inlet, from inside out,passing through the filter screen spacing, When the filtration is completed, the raw materials travel from top-down to the lower part of the filter outlet.
Impurities which are larger in size than the filter screen spacing are with-held.Filter in operation after a certain time, filter impurities collected and partially plugged the filter spacing, as a result raising the differential pressure to a pre-determined value, PLC monitoring system will send a command to rotate the scraper and brush reducer to automatically remove the dirt collected at the filter screen. This in turn maintaining the strainer filter function in a smooth flow condition and clear filtering action.
As the impurities collected to a certain amount, the slag discharge valve at the bottom can be opened, and the impurities will be discharged. This will keep the differential pressure to maintain normal level. The scraper of the Self-cleaning filters are arranged in a rational layout, curettage angle are optimized. The scraper system consisted of the tablets, PTFE scraper, brush and spring self-cleaning filters, a reasonable choice of spring pressure, minimize the wear on the filter screen.

  ICM Design Features
 

1) Utilize the scraper and the wedge-shaped angle that form a shear force, which can cut away any dirt ,and avoid the dirt adhere to the wall of the net.At the same time the scraper circumvolve, the brush at the opposite side of the net will clean the dirt that adheres to the wall of the net.;

  2) PLC control functions: Self-cleaning pressure, Self-clening time, the manual cleaning, Pressure priority, Connecting with the central control room;
 

3) Actual performance show that the filtering effect is very good. The strainer is made from imported stainless steel wire-mesh, it is easy to clean and not easy to wear.

 

4) In many areas it is an alternative to the traditional Bag Filters, Blue-filter, Cartridge Filters, Shaker Filters, Frame Filters, Belt Filters etc.
