  BCM Working principle
 

The Flow Direction: Be filtered liquid from the bottom N2 of the barrel into the mouth filter, After entering the cartridge is fixed,liquid the liquid is from the filter Medial to the lateral,and flow from the middle N2 of filter out, Backwash from the pollutants discharged from the outfall N3.
Filtration process:liquid from the medial (pollution side) lateral flow (clean side) process, Fixed particles are trapped in the filter inside, with the increase in pollutants, Filter pollution side and the pressure difference between the clean side also gradually increasing, When the pressure reached the setting, the filter automatically backwash process.

  Backwash process as following: Gear Motor, Driving through the middle axis washing arm rotation, position switch control from the washing arm rotational angle so that the filter is being cleaned.
Open sewage valve, cartridge cleaning was between the lateral (clean side) and the outfall a pressure difference.
Under the pressure difference , the liquid of the clean lateral flow from the filter cleaning the medial into the lateral flow, and backwashing . Accumulate in the inner filter pollutants were dropped through outfall N3 out the filter.
The backwash time of the cartridge is fixed, When backwashing to set time, the sewage valve closed, the cartridge backwash of the end of the process. gear motor driven again washed arm rotation, the next to cartridge backwashing, Open sewage valve again, and so on for each filter backwashing.
After washing all the cartridges, washing arm in the zero under the control of switching back to the original position, a backwash cycle is over.
As a filter backwash of the backwash process, in the backwash process, the filter can still maintain a continuous state of filtration.
  BCM Backwashing filter Design Features
 

1.Handling capacity of a single system is up to 1600 m3/h.
